Having grown up in Florida, and having been involved in thousands of real estate deals and transactions over the years, both personally and as an attorney for buyers and sellers, Jon brings invaluable insight and experience to the closing table. Collectively the Veritas team has many years of experience in the industry, as well as a deep understanding of today’s complex real estate market, giving clients confidence in the team and peace of mind during their transaction.

Now Achieva Title Services we offer a wide range of services including closing document preparation, title and abstract searches, and title insurance and escrow. We can also assist with ordering inspections, resolving liens and processing short sales. And, as an attorney owned title company, we can prepare legal documents and agreements to help facilitate a transaction and get the deal closed, something that a typical non-attorney title agency simply can’t do. We have had many instances over the years where a deal was about to fall apart, but thanks to the ability to have an attorney prepare an agreement at the closing table, the deal closed.
